I found that mobo have shortcut to null on every capacitor on 3.3V that is going to southbridge(measurement before taking of bridge). Then I desoldered that bridge and measured again. No shortcuts!
Then I soldered original bridge back. There are shortcuts again. Maybe there is sme capacitor under bridge that I mised during measurement that is broken? But if that is so, why shortcut was lost without bridge on mobo?
