andrey_kh А Вы уверены, что тут поможет модификация БИОСа? Плата построена не на базе NVIDIA nForce2 Ultra 400, а на базе NVIDIA nForce2 400.
В прессрелизе NVIDIA, посвященном выходу этих чипсетов чипсетов cказано:

Говоря по просту, чипсет nForce2 400 не ультра для тех, кто не станет сейчас тратить деньги на два модуля памяти (потому что ему это не нужно, или просто потому, что таких денег у него нет), следовательно двухканальность в нем не нужна и для удешевления производства отсутствует.
Так что, никакие шаманства с БИОСом (мы не рассматриваем замену слова single на dual в сообщении о режиме работы памяти) этого не изменят.
