Вообще-то Phoenix, но никак не Award:). BIOS Patcher вам не поможет.

bios l440gx+ не в одном файле bin а в нескольких с названиями *.BI1 *.BI2 и т.д.
В разделе "Прошивка (восстановление) BIOS" есть темы, посвященные склейке BIOS'а из таких файлов.
