Как я понял, ограничение напряжения на конденсаторе C45 должно быть чуть выше 9 Вольт, на С44 должно быть от 3 до чуть выше 4,5 вольт (иначе овервольтажпротект работать не будет), думаю вместо Z42 вполне достаточно КС133А КС157, а вместо Z41 - любой от 9 до 20, хотя могу и ошибаться.
