I thought I wrote that... Sorry:) Bridges supply, memory supply are present and normal (exept CPU supply)
I think that Pull-up resistor connected to ATXP1 is in Southbridge because there is only one line from RESET OUTPUT leg and its leading through whole MOBO straight to South. That`s why I heated him:)
