Netov,
I just repaired one mobo with same simptoms you had in the start. It was "отвал северного моста". After resoldering northbridge all start to run normaly.
P.S. I hope that my sugestion can help U, since your post was almost 8 months ago, or someone who can face with same VIA by monster Asus...
