I have several ACER notebooks with broken North bridge MCP67MV-A2
Chinese supplier sent me wrong chips. I ordered MCP67MV-A2 and I recived MCP67M-A2.
Did someone put MCP67M-A2 instead MCP67MV-A2?
What is exactly diference between them?

Sory for incomplete question. I ment in general. Since there is no informations about that chips and diference between them.
Notebooks are all ACER ASPIRE 5520G, 5528G and 7520G. All with discrete graphic in separate module that is going in slot on mobo.
then the replacement is possible.

Acer Aspire 5520G и 7520G MCP67MV-A2 не могут быть заменены MCP67M-A2. Я пробовал и результатом является то, что материнская плата находится на 00th Когда я установил MCP67MV-A2 платы все сразу же начали работать.
Я уверен, что проблема не в пайке микросхем, потому что я пытался несколько раз, и различные виды пайки, а в BIOS, не поддерживающих различные модели чипов.
Какова ваша статистика по этому вопросу?
сам лично ставил в 5520 обычный М вместо MV, возможно у вас чипы перемаркированные или с браком, ибо работать должно сто процентно
Аналогично, ставил лично MCP67M-A2 вместо MCP67MV-A2 на Aspire 5520G/7520G (LA-3581P)...

I have another ASPIRE 5520 with integrated graphic but diferent problem. No CPU supply. I changed MCP67MV-A2 but still no CPU volotage.There is MAXIM MAX8774GTL but I didn`t find datasheet (I searhced all day) to see where are VIDs. Does someone have Datasheet for MAX8774GTL or know where VID-S are?

Boys, you were wright about changing MCP67MV-A2 to MCP67M-A2. Damn chinese chips were bad!!!
I took other series of MCP67M-A2 and they work:) I put them in Acer ASPIRE 7520G.
