Ремонт D-Link DSL-2540U /С1 - после другого блока питания

Доброго всем. Прошу помощи. Воткнули БП на 12 вместо 7.5. Обнаружил 2 больших вздутых кондера по питанию, заменил. Осталась трабла - модем включается, грузится и перегружается, и так по кругу. В терминале:

D%G

После D%G - опять по кругу. Сеть то появится, то опять... Зайти в CFE не позволяет, вообще не реагирует на клавиши (шнурок в порядке). Если зайти в CFE через резет - позволяет прошивать из ВЕБ. Здесь тоже не видит клавиш, но и не перегружается (в смысле без надобности, когда прошил - перегрузился). Куда копать?
