Выгорел Элемент в Сабже 3 ноги похож на транзистор SMD . Из маркировки вижу тока СF и кажется последняя цифра 2. Находится возле контактов двигателя.
Корпус похож SOT-223 толшько чуть выше просто не знаю как назвать.
