Необходимо изменить приоритет запуска видеокарты с PCI-E на PCI, т.к. PCI-S3'шка "отмирает" после обновнеия БИОСа... Кто подскажет, поможет?

Так а в чём проблема - качаешь прошивку, качаешь modbin 2.01.02. Открываешь - раздел Edit Setup Screen - Advanced - PnP/PCI Conf - Init Display First - ну, а там разберёшься. Далее F2 и прошивай - проверяй.
Для изменения используются клавиши + и - на цифровой клавиатуре.
