Имеется асус EAX700 pci-e, сдох CM8562PI.

Кто подскажет чем можно подменить , такого в наличии нет.

на что-нибудь типа RT9173/A. Внимание - у них РАЗНАЯ распиновка, хотя функциональность весьма схожая.
