I've paid about Ђ64.

Now I've used BP 4.51, and the temerature is lower than before (about 46°C with no load) and drops quickly when there is no load. It's never over 46°C and 1700 rpms now. And the fan can go much faster than that. My old Athlon Thunderbird 1400C always was over 52°C and well over 2000rpm.
