GIGABYTE GA-EP45-DS3P

When I turn it on, MOBO don`t start when addition +12 connector is present. Without it, MOBO is starting power supply. RAM, SB, NB supply are ok!
So, I whanted to remove transistors in CPU supply in order to check if there is problem. When I removed heat sinck cover over them, I found 8 pin transistors with marking 4474N R813. When you google it, there is no replyes. What is it?
Any expiriences with this kind of MOBOS?

Dear moderator, please put this model into list of Gigabyte models. The marking is: GA-EP45-DS3P Ultra durable2.

There is no logo or other markings. I must asume that they are MOSFETs because of they position and function. After taking of one suspicious specimen (furder measurment showed that there is shortcuts on uper MOSFETs) MOBO start to power on with adition +12V connector present and shortcut is gone.Only I need is datasheet of this 8-pin components.

as a warranty period , the mobo model is very new . Replacement mobo on a guarantee

Yes, but MOBO came "god knows how" to it`s owner. I don`t ask nothing guys who are bringing MOBOs for repair;)

Maco, I found datasheet on infineon.com (not exact model but all they PG-TDSON-8 transistors in this class have same pinout).
Now I must wait to find another one for replacement. When I find it ill reply with result.

I managed to find adequate replacement for 4474N R813 MOSFETs. When I changed broken one (shortcut between drain and sorce), and put working replacement MOBO turned on without CPU present. When I put CPU and start MOBO she wont to turn on again. It showes that another MOSFET died (not replaced one). I changed that MOSFET to, and another one died...I suspect on "шим" SL6336A or IT8266R_V0.11 (overclocking controller). I don`t have enough working replacements for all 18 MOSFETS on CPU supply:(
I`ll work some more on this board and reply results...

Unfortunately owner come to bring MOBO before I found another "шим" оr IT8266R _V0.11 (overclocking controller) to try change:(
